      Pros

      Great salaries, good deal on commissions, profit share of management every month if we hit number (whether in sales or not) Very transparent, run like clockwork, great product and best of all is the UK&I team, which was built from scratch 3 ish years ago into a team of 25+, without a doubt the best team I have ever worked with

      Cons

      Changes happening in management. Was more relaxed and people had faith, now more of an aggressive micromanagement strategy reflecting the drive to IPO, which I can see why is happening but maybe not relaxed as it was

      Pros

      - Culture is front and centre working here. It is FUN! - Huge potential for job progression (no, seriously!) - Fantastic pay. - Loads of team activities. - A lot of holidays - UK office in a beautiful location - Get to visit HQ now and again in Clearwater, FL. This is an experience!

      Cons

      I can't think of any! My commute is quite long, which isn't an issue with KnowBe4 in any way.

      Great Onboarding Experience

      Pros

      Despite being recruited & based in the UK the onboarding process was very easy. The onboarding team did a great job, keeping in regular contact & providing relevant information. They were also very quick to respond to any queries, despite being 5hrs behind. Once we arrived in the US for orientation & onboarding training KnowBe4 had arranged for someone to meet us at the KnowBe4 apartment to show us around, even though it was a Sun. When we arrived on the first day, Alyssa already knew our names, despite 12 people starting on the same day, and she was incredibly welcoming. We have been made to feel very welcome, training is very structured and robust & nothing is too much trouble!

      Cons

      Having to come to Florida for 3wks of training!! - Only Joking :)
