This is the best company I’ve worked for. The CEO is extremely transparent so there’s no guessing on what’s happening next. He has sessions called Ask Me Anything, where you can literally ask him anything and he will answer with full transparency. They have good benefits, perks, and are just really great to their employees overall.

Cons

Can’t think of any thing.

What can I say? Lyss is a warm welcoming ray of sunshine with a beautiful smile. Genuine and helpful. She thinks of everything. What a fantastic on-boarding experience! This is The definition of how on-boarding should be with other companies! Kudos!!!

Pros

Great work/life balance. Transparency that companies talk about, this company actually does fully. Excellent benefits and PTO. The people are awesome, we actually have a "NO A**hole Policy".

Cons

I wish I had made this move sooner, but zero Cons about the company or environment.
