      Friendly staff and trainers (the onboarding team is AWESOME!) transparent executives, excellent training, free snacks, coffee machine, list goes on and on

      Pros

      The pros so far include training and the onboarding process in general. Lorna and Amanda are amazing trainers and are always there to help, whether they are busy or not. The first week (onboarding) with Lyss AND Andi was well put together. Whoever came up with the onboarding deserves some kudos. It all makes sense. The scavenger hunt gets your face out to potential managers while they mix in a stroll to Starbucks and a lunch with your fellow newbies to get acquainted . Stu is unlike any higher up that I've ever met. He is completely open about every aspect of the company. It is incredibly refreshing.
