      Laid back fun environment to work in. Everyone treats each other with respect and lots and lots of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say honestly. I'm happy and feel lucky to be part of this organization.

      Pros

      This organization truly has an amazing company culture. It’s very rare to work with so many amazing, driven and positive coworkers- they do a great job hiring the best! The organization does SO MUCH for the employees on top of being just plain awesome- quarterly mingles, monthly FREE lunch, so many community activities, and more than I’m sure I’m forgetting. The pay is very competitive and the benefits are stellar (gym membership included!).

      Cons

      The beautiful view of the water... it just teases you all day long!

      Pros

      Fun company where everyone is working towards the same goal. Great employee benefits. Fantastic opportunities for progression.

      Cons

      Very process driven but to be honest this is probably what is making this company so successful (Not really a Con because quite frankly I can't think of any!).
