Despite being recruited & based in the UK the onboarding process was very easy. The onboarding team did a great job, keeping in regular contact & providing relevant information. They were also very quick to respond to any queries, despite being 5hrs behind. Once we arrived in the US for orientation & onboarding training KnowBe4 had arranged for someone to meet us at the KnowBe4 apartment to show us around, even though it was a Sun. When we arrived on the first day, Alyssa already knew our names, despite 12 people starting on the same day, and she was incredibly welcoming. We have been made to feel very welcome, training is very structured and robust & nothing is too much trouble!

Nailing down a "few reasons" to work at KnowBe4 is pretty difficult because there are so many. Outside of all the awesome perks (open PTO policy, free snacks, free coffee, company-wide bonus, etc.) there are a few things that I really appreciate about the company from a deeper business standpoint; 1) Culture: Obviously the culture here is phenomenal. One of my favorite parts is the dress code; if you don't get pulled over on your way to work you're good to wear it. Being from a business background where your clothes determine your success, I really appreciate this factor on a deeper level. It's cool to be in a place where what you know determines your likelihood of success, rather than what designer business wear you have on. 2) Talent: There are so many talented people in this organization, it's insane. Everyone that you come in contact with is at the level they should be to be successful in their role and if they're not, training is readily available. It really makes coming to work exciting!
