I've only been here a week, but in that week I feel like I've been here a month. The process off getting the new hires up to speed has been amazing, and the amount of attention and patience they are willing to give new employees is unheard of...it's a testament to the kind of company this is. Although the first week here has been busy, it wasn't without it's perks of fun photos, an awesome free lunch, and the plain awesome-ness of HR, particularly Alyssa. This awesome-ness actually goes all the way to the top...Stu's passion shows...he loves what he does, and it trickles down from him to everyone here. Side note: I have a friend that's been here 2 years who had been trying to convince me to come over for the past 10 months. After I finally did, I realized I should have listened and done this waaaaay sooner. Just look at the other reviews...this place rules.

Company Culture is infectious. Not only is there a clear and concise mission for the company, the value placed on employee's is refreshing. There is just as much effort on creating an enjoyable work experience as there is to profit and providing quality service. The onboarding was fantastic! I immediately felt as though I was a part of the team and valued for what I bring to the table. I still have relationships from that first day and look forward to continued success and growth.
