*Company wide bonus structure - All for 1, 1 for all mentality *Snacks and Free Food *The People. The HR team just does an incredible job making sure there's a very good fit with each hire. Special Shout out to Alyssa Madden who made the decision that much easier.

Cons

The view of Clearwater Beach distracts me from doing work sometimes.

Pros

I've worked at several companies in my career but none as impressive as this one. Like every company, they have a detailed and extensive on-boarding process - your email is set up, you review policies and procedures and get an excellent overview of the company's products. That's where the similarity ends. New hire team photo, lunch in downtown Clearwater and a trip to Starbucks (lunch and Starbucks on the company) along with other fun activities (yes, I said FUN)! I can't forget to mention Lyss from HR who is Phenomenal! Always smiling, always friendly and made it her point to make everyone feel welcome! Home Run HR!

Cons

If there are any I haven't found them!

Pros

Fun group, profit sharing, good pay, free drinks and snacks, free health care, and most importantly they have a great purpose.

Cons

I didn't experience any. They only reason I left was because I was offered a high-level job elsewhere that I couldn't turn down.
