Pros

It's great working on an interesting product with lots of scope for development and something that can benefit end users as much as their organisations. It's satisfying knowing that we might stop someone from becoming a victim of social engineering. Interesting people to work with and scope for personal growth and development is a nice bonus too. I really like the fact that you can grow and move within the company, and they'll consider you for a role that you work towards while you're here.

Cons

It's become a corporate machine and lost some of the defining culture and identity that set it apart when I joined. The corporate machine unfortunately brings a lot of bureaucracy into the mix and you can easily get lost in a sea of numbers.

No Job stability and management expect more without providing any solutions. Low base pay if compared to other tech companies
