Pros

There are so many reason I love being employed by this organization. The staff are absolutely wonderful and truly care for one another. The benefits cannot compare to others out there as well as the fun work environment. I can't say enough about this amazing organization and the services it offers.

Cons

The only con I have is that I didn't find this organization sooner.

Honestly-- it's so hard for me to believe that such a great job and organization exists. I've been here nearly six months now and I'm still caught off guard by all the wonderful people, activities, events, and kindness of it all. Stu is a wonderful CEO, the managers here are super competent and understanding without micromanaging you. You are in a position of trust and treated as such! Stu is so above and beyond a great boss and person, he's so eager to share in the excitement of the culture he's created and maintained , as well as sharing the company's own income and positive changes. I still wake up every day, ready to do my best and have fun while I do my work. Even on my more busy and "stressful" days, it never feels like a chore to do my job with the people around me. I am grateful every day to be part of such a wonderful and loving culture and company. I could go on forever about the perks and pros. But it's something you have to experience to really believe and enjoy! :)

Cons

Nothing! The only thing that I wish was a bit more flexible was the set 9-6 work hours BUT its also a personal preference of my own to start work earlier and leave earlier ( 7-3 etc ). KB4 still is willing to work out whatever they can for those who do their jobs well to help ensure you have time to yourself or outside of work to leave early on occasion etc.

Pros

I feel obligated to write this post after seeing previous posts telling people to run because of the Scientology. I am a Christian and have worked at KnowBe4 for over a year. I LOVE it here. They do not talk about religion or politics at work. So no need to run. The CEO is literally one of the most generous human beings I have ever met. He does so much for us. Most CEO's would prefer to keep all of their money. Stu gives away hundreds of thousands of dollars to his employees every month. I am so grateful for Stu and his generousity. I love the people that work here. The atmosphere is upbeat and exciting. We get free gym memberships. And they have free sun chips. But only for the scientologists. Jk. They're for everyone. ;)

Cons

I don't love the hours. I wish some shifts would be 7-4 and some 9-6 depending on the employees outside commitments. But honestly I can't think of anything else I don't like. I am not complaining.
