      A slightly different culture coupled with great work

      Pros

      Great internal culture and work/life balance, I haven’t seen people hustling (nor complaining about it) ever since I joined over an year ago. Despite being about ~12 years old, there are lots of people making 5 or 6 years company anniversaries, that’s a good testament that people want to stay. There’s a real incentive to improve and get promoted and a true international culture that respects each other’s differences without playing favorites

      Cons

      The internal culture is a bit different from what you would expect from a big security/tech company, in my case it happened to be a good fit, but I wouldn’t expect everyone to agree. The company is very much goal-oriented and some people might feel it as indifference.

      Pros

      - work with an incredibly talented team who are supportive and great to be around - great package (pay/holidays/commision scheme) - unlimited support from coaches, mangement and leadership - unlimited cap on commision - many opportunities to progress

      Cons

      We do meet in the office weekly, although I would like to be in the office more often and be with my team (this will be the case when we have moved office in the new year). This can be a time consuming role - however I am aware you get out what you put in.

      Pros

      Kb4's culture is really strong and engaging, there are plenty of indoor events and moments to relax and celebrate. The benefits offered by the company are very good, in addition to bonus policies for certification, Kb4 university, allowance for master's or doctorate, bonus on sales targets and relocation policies. I have a balance between life and work

      Cons

      The company pays part of the health plan and could pay in full. The health plan for dependents is available but there is no counter-entry from the company, which should exist. Sometimes it's difficult to find someone responsible for a certain project, you have to ask several people, there should be something clearer about this.
