      I have never felt so welcome in an office than i have at KnowBe4 . From onboarding with the international team to everything that we had discussed in the interview process, everything has happened that was promised. Even though I have a hybrid role, i work from the office mostly 5 days a week because i love it so much. I can only recommend KnowBe4 and for me, of course DACH (Berlin) to anyone i know. I truly have fun at work and still complete my job. The environment in the office and my team purely motivates one so you always want to be the best version of yourself. The company and specifically the DACH team has welcomed me with open arms and i could have not asked more a better place. For me- best place to work, great office, great teams and really good benefits,

      Pros

      As soon as you start you have the training to get to know the company and the tasks in your role. I had a great welcome and felt part of the Knowbe4 family even before started, as we receive contacts from the onboarding team since we are hired. The salary is great. The support from my team, and the company, in general, is more than I have experienced before. After your 3 initial months, you can have career sessions to talk about your expectations and have help to achieve those goals.

      Cons

      As the headquarter are in the US, most of the team lives in the US, and you have contact only remotely. Also, the time difference (about 5 to 6 hours) makes it a bit difficult if you need your manager's approval or something that needs US team support.
