      Pros

      -Every day begins with a team meeting hosted by the CEO and is followed by announcements from the head of each department. It is fun, motivational, and informative. -The training program they put each employee through is incredibly thorough. After just a few days of training you will understand why our services/products have been so successful and why training in cyber-security is necessary for companies to have in place. I cannot believe how much practical knowledge I am getting by working here! -The executive team is thoughtful and treats every employee with immense amounts of respect. It creates a wonderful environment to work in. -Dress code is relaxed, so you don't have to feel uncomfortable at work. -The views from the office are unbeatable. Sky-rise view of the bay and Clearwater beach.

      -No complaints from me so far!

      Pros

      This company is full of positive and energetic employees. I only just started but everyone is very friendly and it doesn't feel like any office job I've ever had. There's free (good quality) coffee, free snacks, relaxed dress code and they cover gym membership as long as you attend. Excellent pay and a bonus system that promotes everyone to work together instead in competition with each other.

      Cons

      The only drawback for me is I live in Carrollwood, so driving to downtown Clearwater takes a while. However, that really has nothing to do with the company. :-)

      Pros

      Upbeat environment, the sales floor is buzzing. The people here are excited and motivated to work here. It seems that everyone truly believes in the importance of the product they're selling.
