Pros
The hiring process is very comprehensive. Everyone, including hired on executives, take IQ, aptitude and other capacity tests.
The training/on-boarding process is the most comprehensive and thorough process I've ever experienced in my career anywhere. Your first 3 days are working with the in-house trainer on the industry in general and what the company does before you are even instructed on your actual job. Every single employee is required to do this. The trainer works closely with you to make sure you are doing well. You are never left with a feeling of "what am I suppose to do now?". All the training is very structured.
After taking the training, I can see why they actively seek out candidates with high IQs and ability as the training is very comprehensive. But the trainer is there to help you every step of the way as a personal coach.
The environment is structured in such a way that everyone has a sense that we are all on the same team and we are all in this together. There are no "factions" or the typical scenarios like "the tech department hates the sales reps" or all the typical drama. Every where I look people are productive, highly active and happy.
The CEO Stu is not only one of the most amazing marketing experts I've ever seen, he's an amazing leader. I have a sense of confidence that the company is moving higher and faster with total certainty toward success. It's remarkable and it shows in the growth of the company which looks like a hockey stick on the statistics chart.
Cons
None that I can think of.
