      Pros

      You won't get fired if you don't hit quota as it's unattainable.

      Cons

      Low compensation, no opportunities for growth, losing top talent due to unwillingness to promote within or pay industry standards (resulting in mass exodus), low morale, and inadequate professional development. Vista has tunnel vision on one billion ARR and upper management (VPs, SVP, etc.) is unwilling to challenge Vista or the status quo for the benefit of the frontline workers as this could jeopardize their stock options when Vista sells.

      Hello Knowster. Our turnover rate has decreased by 4% in the last 10 months and is currently at its lowest since 2016. We have also promoted over 70 employees so far this year, as we have plenty of growth opportunities, especially in the revenue sector.
