1.Offers plenty opportunities to learn new technologies (BigData, IoT, etc.) The idea is to stay ahead of the curve. 2.Passionate and helping team-members. 3.Management vision - When it comes to the ideology, it's not mere employee-employer relation, but it's more of a family where we all contribute for the growth and betterment of the family. 4. Company Moto - If you can conceive it, your heart can believe it and then you can achieve it. All you need to work here is hell lot of enthusiasm and attitude. 5.Open to work on new technologies and new ideas. 6.They say there is No pain without gain, the choice is ours if we want to bring the change. Funda is simple you work by choice and not by force. It's up to us if we want to typically work 9 to 5 or think of something productive and execute it. Simply love the work and freedom I get here.
