Pure dictatorship... Micromanagement- literally harassment Family like culture - only in words. But they say it 100 times a day. Worst ever management.. In fact there is no management. Rules and Regulations can change at any time.

- CEO is rude - Most of the employees are from Andra and tend to talk in their local language. - You may need to work 2-3 projects a t a time. - Highly Unstructured. - Worst work-life balance. You can't leave the office until 9-10 in evening
