Job stability (for now). Decent infrastructure and tools available for day-to-day work.

Cons

No growth for employees in the last 2-3 years. Merger was overhyped but delivered no tangible benefits to employees. Onshore opportunities and exciting projects, promised during the merger, never materialized. Low employee morale, even among senior staff, creating a demotivating work environment. Poor leadership with no clear direction for employee development or organizational growth. Rigid 3-month notice period that traps employees in a negative environment. Lack of proper recognition or rewards for hard work. Overall culture of negativity and dissatisfaction across teams.
