5yIt is better to bring out concerns on project shifting or worklife balance so that it could be addressed immediately. Mere feedback on social media doesnt help to fix the problem. We as professional should be accountable to fix the system rather than be a victim. As Knowledge lens employee the first lesson we learn is that we take feedbacks positively and strive to improve every aspect of feedback.
