The weather outside the company is good.

Cons

-The most important thing that it lacks is good developers . -The ceo runs the company more like a factory rather than a company. -I have seen the Chief Product Officer(with 17 years of industy experience) leave the company in just 3 months after joining( reason being the senior developer were not cooperative with him).
