Pros

Great Benefits like unlimited PTO. Great office perks, like coffee, free lunches, and a bar, but you have to commute to the office. Great co-workers.

Cons

They really bend over backwards for clients. My team never provided the clients with insights or expertise, it was always whatever the client wanted, even if everyone knew to advise against it. This led to long hours, rushed deadlines and high stress. They grew too big too fast and are now laying off low level employees for decisions upper management made.

- Good tech stack - Cutting edge technology - Decent Benefits - Good for personal growth if you are just starting your career.

Cons

- Loyalty is a key metric for promotion than performance. - Awful recruiting process. Tend to over hire, just to layoff later. - Pay is below market average. - They preach about their culture and values all the time but they themself don't follow the core values.
