      Working remotely is a great benefit

      So many changes in the past year makes for a lot of people not knowing their job description. A person should not be a director over any team that they cannot do their job if something happened to the team lead.

      This company did offer a decent work/life balance.

      Cons

      It depends on who your supervisor is. From my understanding things have changed drastically. They used to have a decent monthly incentive bonus plan. From my understanding, that is no longer offered.
