Pros

I worked with the greatest team.

Cons

Those hired in spring of 2017 did not receive annual raises and was told this was due to restructuring. Most of those were not able to leave because it was only source of income. RSource knew this. As of January 2020, they still had not been given any raises.

Pros

In office employees get free Starbucks on Mondays, lunch on Wednesdays and breakfast on Fridays.

Cons

Lack of trust - I was taught one task on my first day and no more whereas others were learning 3 and 4 new tasks after just a couple of weeks. Mind Games - They present a motivationally positive environment, but that is only if your personality meets their likes. If they don't like you, they ignore you and basically treat you like an outcast. If they like you, up are called loving nicknames and it is okay to take many breaks to go to Starbucks, smoke, etc. However, if they don't like you, you are barely acknowledged. It is wonderful to have food brought into the office; however, employees have to go and pick up the food. Delivery options would make more sense, let employees get more work done and avoid the frustration of having to drive somewhere and lug the food back to the office. Broken Promises - I was offered an opportunity to transition to working remotely from home only for them to rescind that offer two days later.
