Cons

Taken away incentive Salary are not as described. I have been there two years and don’t even make what they say is base pay. They used incentives to boost salary And then set goals so high you can’t meet goal to get the incentives. There is no transparency. They recently laid off and told the remaining employees it wasn’t a layoff.

The company was mostly remote. The interview process was very smooth.

Micromanaging your work even when you try to work hard. The pay wasn’t the best.

Worked with great people Loved my direct manager Pay was decent at first

They took away commission and hourly pay. We converted to salary and essentially cut my pay approximately $2 less per hour.
