      Not different any other company, phylosophies are only in books not in real

      It's huge Diversified Plenty of opportunities

      Cons

      MBM prinicples compensation phylosophy value vareation marginal contribution all of these you hear for the first time here But nothing will be in implementation. No efforts to ensuring those principles. Alla the leaders carry their baggage from previous companies.
