Pros

They work with your school schedule.

Cons

Hours vary far to much; one week 20 hours and then the next week 4 hours. The employees who have worked there a long time are very Cliquish and down right rude.

Pros

At my first store, I was allowed to do displays per plan-o-gram. Allowed to change prices on sign as needed. Merchandising the toy department was great and was able to organize and replenish as needed.

Cons

Second store, wasn't allowed to get merchandise out in clothing department, I guess they didn't fully trust employees. The store could have been more efficient and organized if the associates were trusted more. Lack of hours once you become a regular employee, forces you to find a new job.

Pros

The overall teamwork on the floor can feel like family at times. Get to see new merchandise first. I really like working very early in the morning. I really like my job; not the lack of hours.

Cons

Hours...lots of weeks of 4 hours. It's impossible to live on these hours. Just when you start to get more than 8 hours they hire a lot of new employees, which isn't their fault. Now I know why the employees treated me so evil when I started because they thought I was stealing their hours. Sad to say, I guess they were right. BUT it isn't right to treat the newhires mean though, they are unsuspecting!!!
