Pros

The top management at my location was great. The work is easy and the discount goes on top of the sales which is wonderful.

Cons

The lower level managers are lazy and not willing to take responsibility for their jobs, nor the employees they supposed to be helping. The pay is low and you aren't scheduled for many hours at all.

Always something to do throughout the store as the Kohls I was in a busy location, managers cared a lot about breaks, managers will give more hours if you reflect proper work ethics, workplace was always kept clean, and lots of benefits

Cons

No training and not much room for career growth
