-Great discount and associate shopping days -Awesome co-workers mostly -Commission from achieving credit -"G.R.E.A.T." & Yes We Can Policy

Cons

-Store Hours! Staying open until midnight during holidays is ridiculous -Credit it shoved down associates throats -Management fails to communicate with each other and with the associates -Unable to receive time off that was requested most of the time -Most of the managers there were incompetent and hid in the offices during their "E3" Shifts -Kohl's Cash
