Pros
Kohl's is a fast growing company who puts ideas out left and right. They have great concepts but at times they can not be carried through with due to lack of "materials." Loss Prevention is often limited in what they can do and it can sometimes be challenging to partner who those you need to partner with. Building teams and partnerships is the only way you will make your job successful. If you want to move up in the company you will need to go store side because there aren't too many LP positions available once you go past LP Supervisor.
Cons
The lack of opportunity for growth is the biggest neg. LP doesn't have a lot of options and store side isn't for everyone.
