      Pros

      The best reasons to work at Kohl's are the people. The comrodery building and relationships are the best to me. There are a lot of good hearted people that work with me. There are too, some people that you would rather not work with all. But overall, I like the fact that I can have health benefits through this great company. Advancement seems limited, but I think it's fair.

      Cons

      The downside to working there is being so overworked and under paid. The work is not hard, it's just a lot to do in so little time with no motivation to give it your absolute best because of the lack in financial compensation.

      good teams. Good support from upper management. I feel Koh's has good growth potential in this current economy. More and more people are looking for affordable items and Kohl's offers this to them.l

      hours and weekends . difficult to get hoiidays off and spend time with friends and family.

      Pros

      Clean and pretty place to work. Generally good quality merchandise. Kohl's is a recognizable name in the industry. Many bargains in the ads bring customers in on a regular basis

      Cons

      Lack of training is a real downside of working at Kohl's. Expectations of associates are unrealistic when minimal training is provided. Good reviews completely dependent on number of credit applications accomplished per month. Customers get tired of being constantly harangued to apply for credit cards.
