      Good people that care in the Engineering Dept.

      Department was understaffed, and showed very little urgency to replace former positions.

      Great opportunities

      Kohler has many opportunities for associates to impact not just their immediate work environment, but the entire plant and community as well. These opportunities are supported and encouraged by leadership up to the highest levels.

      Cons

      Because there are many opportunities for improvement and engagement, it can be hard to know where to begin, or where you fit into the bigger picture. Fortunately there are resources to help figure those things out.
