Kohler company is one of best company in my whole professional life, where I am completely satisfied. The best part to work with Kohler company is respectable workplace, bold decision making, work & life balance. Finally, I would like work with Kohler company for rest of my life till my retirement.

Cons

For me it is very difficult to find any negative point to work with Kohler but there is always scope of improvement.
