      Pros

      I have recently joined Kohler India and during the interview process i had 100 of questions regarding the company. Hiring team has managed very well especially TA team. There were some issues during onboarding but manageable. Post joining even the support provided by my colleagues and manager was commendable. Five days induction program was also quite meaningful.

      Completed 8 months. Nothing as of now.
