      Professional ppl around , you will have great learning . You will see changes in the way you carry yourself , your communication ,they groom you well . It all depends on your manager but you will surly grow professionally n personally.

      Pay, benefits, support from peers, large group to learn from.

      Cons

      Lots of red-tape, don't tell you the why of what you are asked to do, too many secrets, even at director level positions we are only given what we 'need to know'. Not able to flex easily to learn more. they keep you in a box.
