      Colleagues, products, history, some elements of culture.

      Cons

      CEO, management by fear, weak HR function, pay and rewards need an overhaul. If yiuvare not family, you are "the help".

      Pros

      I loved the work and I learned a lot in my 8 years there. I really enjoyed working with the customers and many of my colleagues were great to work with as well.

      Cons

      I don't think leadership understands their customer or their employees. They need to focus more on work / life balance and promoting people when deserved. The culture is not very diversified. The fact that it is privately held probably hinders some of the needed diversity.

      Some great coworkers who worked hard

      It's as if the business is left to die a slow agonizing death with a lack of capital being put back into the business in any effort to compete. The position included some all encompassing store responsibilities and impromptu delivery expectations that are virtually unheard of in a position bearing the the job title comparatively to any other business of this type.
