      Pros

      11 hour shifts, with only one 5-minute break. You need to ask permission from the captain to use the bathroom. They promise big wages, but you are on training wage for a long period of time and they won’t tell you when you will make decent money. The job is extremely labor intensive. They tend to hire illegals before Americans.

      Cons

      Most everything. Hours, rate of pay, number of hours, no overtime, no breaks, terrible arrogant captains, treated like scum.
