There is an aversion to “outsiders”. If you don’t live in Sheboygan or have been there for years, you are not welcome or trusted. I was told by several supervisors that they didn’t agree with my manager’s decision to hire me. As a result, they made my every day tasks more difficult.

Associates are empowered to make decisions. Co-workers and direct managers were great to work with!

Cons

Lack of compensation or promotion for quadrupled workload and exceeding expectations. Lack of work-life balance. Unfortunately, there are frequent leadership changes/turn-over. (6 different managers in 6 years)

Overworked, Litteral sweat shop Multi billion company won't even put fans in their rooms, No break(you get a 30 min break, sometimes, that you practically use to catch up on what ever you need to catch up on They take a % of your tip(greedy corporation)
