      Genuinely kind colleagues, good compensation, 401k match plus pension, supportive of flexible and remote work.

      Cons

      Extremely top heavy with management that makes head scratching decisions, needed investments are consistently under funded leading to rework, partial failure, or technical debt, business stakeholders treat IT as wish granters instead of partners, top leadership sees IT as a cost center.

      -excellent pay structure, very competitive if you make quotas - perks include gift cards and other opportunities to win extra cash - trips to Kohler are very informative and fun -company is supportive, always has your back if you need to throw money or product at a customer problem

      Cons

      - customers are not happy with Kohler's quality assurance lately and you get the blame - lots of inappropriate remarks because I am female and majority of the industry is male dominated
