      Pros

      I loved working for the company prior to all of the cuts in the mid2000’s! Benefits went along way.

      Cons

      Once the downsizing happened you had full time people scrambling to get to 40 hours just to keep their benefits.

      Good pay and flexible work arrangements

      Cons

      No Consumer input into designs. No voice of the customer in anything. Very frustrating to design something with no design guides and no process to launch projects. Very poorly managed from the top down in Engineering.

      Its a consistent paycheck and thats all

      Miss treatment of employees Changes handbook rules to suit them at any given time Deletes jobs just to make an excuse to move you then brings the same job back to give to the person of their choosing Makes everything personal if they can't fire you they will go after family members that work for them
