Great brand Wonderful coworkers Everyone is strongly invested in the success of the brand Talent level is excellent, very smart and capable employees

Cons

- If you don't have an MBA, you have very little to no chance of a manager in your title. - Lots of positions open, very hard to move into them due to overwhelming number of candidates and unrealistic standards. - Work/life balance is often non-existent if you plan to move up. Kohler is your new family. - If you start at entry level, don't expect to be paid similar to your peers as you move up. Only certain percentage increases allowed, new higher a at your experience level will make considerably more.
