      Its a consistent paycheck and thats all

      Cons

      Miss treatment of employees Changes handbook rules to suit them at any given time Deletes jobs just to make an excuse to move you then brings the same job back to give to the person of their choosing Makes everything personal if they can't fire you they will go after family members that work for them

      In hospitality, nice perks and discounts, incentive program.

      Cons

      Many foundational issues with how things are managed and how problems and issues are handled, that results in people quitting and a high turnover rate, which leads to more pressure and stress to meet completely impossible goals much of the time. No emphasis on appropriate work/life balance- management always demanding more hours, more flexibility, and very little flexibility with sick days/personal days etc
