      1. Poor senior management 2. Management changed six times in 5.5 years 3. Local team has not been up to par with international standards at Kohler 4. Low pay compared to industry standards claiming "Your working for Kohler" 5. Too political, if more time is invested in market development rather than wasting in politics things would have been different for the brand in the region 6. Kohler Middle East reported to Kohler US, then Kohler Europe, then Kohler China, then Kohler India 7. Lack of support from management when needed 8. Distributors in the region command Kohler employees like they own the brand with support from Kohler top management
