      Private, stable company. Good focus on innovation, and consistent reinvestment into the company. People generally like each other. Industry leader with a good global footprint.

      Cons

      Low morale due to heavy workload and people being spread too thin. Difficult to secure resources sometimes. While it is a good company, people are often taken for granted.

      It is a multinational company, and it is growing rapidly especially in the Asia (South East Asia) region It is good for graduates to begin their career in this company (America, Asia) as these regions are making $$$, so there is an opportunity to grow in the company.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and lack of Indians in the company, every decision/task/project get cc around Too many managers with no balls, meaning there are managers who afraid in decision making, hence causing delay in everything. Cost savings on everything even professional development on its staff
