      Pros

      Full time , mandatory overtime, my supervisor will try and help you if she is able to, most operators are good company.

      Cons

      Plays favorites but doesn’t want to hear it when the commutations meets are going. Dose not listen to operators at all. Rude upper management employees. Lies to the operators and lowered the top out for operators pay. Terrible terrible communication never get news when need it. Nerves get in touch with hr. You will have to work most The overtime.

      Pros

      It was a great place to start my career. They gave me a real job, which enhanced my resume. Some positions give opportunity to continuously grow your knowledge and skills.

      Cons

      They are reluctant to recognize advancement of skill. Raises and promotions were given, exclusively, to people that were originally hired into positions that already have clout within the functional area. The only raises that people get are merely inflation adjustments, and the meaningful promotions don't happen unless you're there for 20 years.
