A haven for incompetent managers, threats of violence, bullying and intimidation from full time staff. DONT.

None at all, it’s all bad.

Cons

Bullying, threats of violence, humiliation, intimidation, management incompetence, inflexibility while they preach flexibility. A mafia family in management, no mental health support, I was bullied by a mental health first aider… lazy people are celebrated, workers taken advantage of and made to feel awful.
