Pros

Good for stepping into industry as an entry level employee; decent people around

Cons

I don’t think engineers are valued here, there seems to be no pathway for career advancement (maybe only applicable to the power systems division)

Pros

It's a job that let's me pay SOME of my bills.

Cons

Being AnE salary I've worked 7 days a week for the last 2 years. Even on vacation I'm expected to take my laptop and work. You don't get raises or promotions. It's been 4 years since my last raise even though I have performance reviews yearly. They keep bread crumbing you along relining you they are "working" on a raise but you never see a dime. Your better off staying in a lower level position where you are at least guaranteed a cost of living raise and you don't have the stress of having to be on call all the time!!!! I wish I never went salaried non exempt.
