      Kohler used to be a great place to work.

      Cons

      HR has very high turnover. HR has frequent terminations and restructures. There is a lack for direction and strategy. Job stability is poor.

      Expected to do sales in a position where I was only hired to do emails and clean and greet clients. Was pushed do sales yet not get the salary to match

      if you are joining as a web author, you will be joining web production team which is sick, the manager is crazy and insecure about her job she can bring danger to anyone’s job to save hers
