1. Flexible schedule 2. Kokua staff was always kind, thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and responsive. 3. Easy, quick, and manageable access to company app and websites 4. No issues with paychecks

Cons

There were never any issues with the Kokua company, but the schools I would sub for had their own management issues.

Pros

The pros are endless. I adored the students I had the chance to meet. My favorite experience was being a permanent substitute for three months at the same campus with the senior class. I learned a lot.

Cons

The downsides I would say is the pay rate, I worked all 5 days. There are other ISDs that pay more.
