Pros
It was 3 days work from home but that changed to 4 days and rumors of 5 days in the office.
Cons
They treat you like a number. Make you take PTO for doctors appointments. Instead of making up time The leadership has the worst communication skills. Are afraid to bring up an issue and will wait until they blow it up on your face. If you bring up a diagnosis they will ask for prove instead of believing your word. Then once you provide the proof they will pretend like nothing happened. They tell you can come in at any time as long as you work 8 hours then get you into trouble when you come in before 7am. In my 8 years of professional career I have never been treated this badly at a company.
