Regional offices have little influence at head office level. There is favouritism based on gender, race, nationality, religion. IT services are the worst I've seen in corporate. There's no accountability. Everyone is surging forewards, like our motto, but in different directions. It's not uncommon to have two simultaneous problems to achieve the same thing, as staff can be stubborn and just waste resources instead of choosing to collaborate. Beware, if you come into this business with enthusiasm and passion, you may struggle to find they're actually welcome. This place can turn great people into average performers really quickly.

No support, bad management, no communication, people are overworked, no work culture, full of secrets, entitled people, hierarchy, working against each other, political place.
