Pros

Reputed global Japanese brand. ( the image of which is being tarnished in Australia) Product quality and reliability. Salaries paid on time.

Cons

A company in Australia that is completely devoid of process and systems. One does not learn here they only unlearn!!! Literally a non-existent HR and a chaotic working process that will put the global Japanese Komatsu brand to shame. A company where merit fails and where- who you know is more important than what you know! People can make their way into this company and do jobs they are not qualified for- depending on who they know. Loyalty counts for nothing and the company runs on individual brilliance's of a few committed people. A sure first step to ruin your career is to join this firm!! Rated 1 as there is no option to give 0. There are other professionally managed earthmoving companies in Australia if you wish to pursue a career in this line.

Pros

The coworkers are a good group of people to work with. Very easy to talk to. It is a community of people willing to share knowledge to help you learn. They don't hoard it, worrying you may be out for their job. They are supportive and want you to succeed.

Cons

Once you are in a position, it is hard to move up. Multiple people have been told they are too integral in their position and it would be too difficult to replace them. It's in the best interest of the company to keep you where you are. But that is not in the best interest of the employee. There is no incentive to do your job too well, as you won't be rewarded with a promotion as you might have been promised in the interview.
